This terms and conditions agreement shall govern your use of products including services from our website. These terms govern users’ access to and use of the website, mobile application or other OTT platforms where these terms are posted.
All materials are content published or available including the text, Graphics, images, illustrations, design, audio clips, video clips, look and feel are protected by copyright. Property owned or controlled by us or the party credited as the provider of the content. Users shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information or restriction contained in any content. We grant users a limited non exclusive, non Transferable, right to access the product and content except for the foregoing no right, title or interest shall be transferred to the user.
Users must not copy, sell, reproduce, republish, upload, post, modify or modify the said content, transmit or distribute such content in any way including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and the user must not assist any other person to do so without the prior consent of the owner. Modification of the content and the use of content on any other website or network computer environment or use of the content for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use in a violation of copyright Trademark and other proprietary rights and is prohibited.
Any use for which a user receives any remuneration whether in money or otherwise is a commercial use for the purpose of this clause. The use of content on any other website or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. Users shall not copy or adapt our code that is created to generate any content or the pages making up any of its website which is also protected by our copyright.
Copyright Infringement Policy
Copying of the content of another person without consent will invite infringement action under the copyright act.

Your Complaint Must Contain The Following Points:
* An email address, physical address or phone number for contact.
* A clear and complete description of your work that you believe has been infringed.
* The URL’s of the specific content audio clip or video clip which allegedly contain and infringe the work.
* A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or by law.
