Hotstar Movie Freddy Story And Plot

Kartik was lastly seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and earlier he was featured in Dhamaka, A Netflix release the range of performances he showed in Dhamaka was just outstanding leaving behind the image of a young actor who can hold a role only centralizing Romance and Loafing around on Screen that was glass clear after watching his performance in Love Aaj Kal 2 and Pati Patni Aur Woh. 

The film follows the story of the dentist Freddy Ginwala who is socially awkward. He had a lonely childhood and was brought up by his aunt as his father murdered his mother and then committed suicide. Freddy’s only friend is his pet with whom he spends his free time. 

He is on the hunt to find a better match for himself. One day he interacted with Kainaaz Irani(Alaya F) and eventually Dr. Freddy fell in love with her. 

The real problem starts from there as Kainaaz is a married woman. The whole story follows the same plot whether Doctor Freddy and Kainaaz will be together and if yes, then what will be the problems that arrive mid-way?

Kartik Aryan has impressed its audience through various genres and has made his own acquired fan base. His last theater release Bhool Bhulaiya 2 was a massive blockbuster and worked like a light in the darkness when the theaters were going all deserted. 

Freddy has surely given the actor a space to explore himself as an actor and establish the versatility that proves him. She has totally blown the mind with his brilliant performance and kudos to Shashanka Ghosh for executing such a phenomenal thriller. The balance of commercial and content-based film has been kept balanced

And it clearly runs on the shoulder of Kartik Aaryan but it never felt overboard on-screen maintaining the pitch clearly. 

After giving back-to-back his two performances one in Dhamaka and one in Freddy the actor should clearly adopt some more such roles to explore himself and different genres parallelly. His journey from being an innocent young doctor to fitting in a psychological thriller was way too perfect. Emotions, expressions, dialogues, and perfect pause was a great factor. 

The effortlessly maintained consistency in emotional scenes was enough to make the audience stick to the edge. Holding in the offbeat character soon after performing Bhool Bhulaiya 2 which was totally a chocolate boy character has shown his potential a lot more. 

Alaya F is Superb at her place and has carried her character perfectly. Freddy’s movie does not indulge its audience in many nonsensical subplots and sticks to the main story. The cinematography and the visual effect which has been used in the movie is very good to watch which makes it a perfect intense thriller. The Background music adds a different flavor to the whole thrill and doubles the excitement making it wholesome to watch. 

Shashanka Ghosh has clearly done hats off work and kudos to his superb direction. That intriguing and engaging thriller has been executed in a perfectly possible way that leaves you shell-shocked. The framing of the unbelievable twist and turn makes the film stand beyond the crowd and exclude it from the regular film which features the love story of a boy and a girl and a hurdle in between. Freddy is one of the New movies of 2022 and clearly one of the top OTT films of the year.

Amitabh Bachchan and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Family Drama Film Goodbye is currently streaming on Netflix. The film was released in theatre and made an average box office business it is a comedy drama which is written and directed by Vikas Bahal. 

After being released in the theatre on 7th October it did average business at the box office it received good reviews from the critics. Currently, the film is streaming and it’s a good film to watch on OTT. Rashmika Mandana made her debut through this film in Bollywood.
