Kuttey’s movie plot revolves around a sequence of robberies of 4 crores. Three teams of robbers are behind the same money. A rainy Mumbai night, A van full of cash, and three gangs of strays fighting for themself to fetch the cash. 

Will they be able to loot the cash and enunciate or the plan will be crashed at the peak of loot? Tune into Netflix on 10 March 2023 and unwind the same.

Kuttey Movie Review: 

Kuttey’s OTT release has been announced. Arjun Kapoor’s recently dropped thriller film has failed to do its magic on the collection box. Indian cinema is already surviving on remakes. Kuttey was also one of those films that has been backlashed by the public and the theaters went deserted. 

The concept of the film sounded great but somewhere around a golden opportunity has been missed by the makers. The film has a runtime of 108 minutes, and with this short time establishment of the characters did not find any scope. OTT audiences will definitely lack the touch and character connection within and that remains an unsolved riddle. 

The events occurred with a wink of an eye with no proper time layout to convince. With such a vivid Star cast of Kuttey following such a cliche and nonlinear execution hardly make sense. The numerous back and fourth screenplay irks me a bit. Family audiences can spare themselves in case the film has been stuffed with adult language. 

Arjun Kapoor is averagely convincing as a police officer, and Tabu(Pammi) has nailed it as always. Tabu has a whole different vibe with the role she plays, she completely adapts. Radhika Madan as lovely has carried the role pretty well. Konkana sen Sharma, Naseerudin shah, and all other cast lend good support. 

Kuttey, was the first directorial debut film of Aasman Bharadwaj, who is the son of an eminent filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj. Aasman is surely a director to look out for but in Kuttey he just remained a bit back in terms of an unestablished script.
