Visfot Movie Fardeen Khan and Riteish Deshmukh to Premiere on OTT

Visfot Movie 2022, is a Sanjay Gupta-produced film that marks a comeback movie of Fardeen Khan and was announced in September 2021 and was going for a direct theatrical release but earlier today the makers of the film disclosed that the film will be surpassing theaters and will premiere directly on OTT.

It’s been more than a decade since the actor has not made an appearance on the silver screen. Fardeen Khan has given many remarkable performances in movies like Om Jai Jagdish, Kuch Tum Kaho Kuch Hum Kahein, Khushi, Fida, No Entry, and Dev along with his last film Dulha Mil Gaya. 

Making his debut in 1998, Khan grabbed a Filmfare award for best debut and since then there was no looking back for him till 2010 but now he is all set to come back from Visfot Film on OTT with Riteish Deshmukh with his side. 

Visfot Movie is directed by Kookie Gulati and is produced by Sanjay Gupta and has a phenomenal star cast that includes, Fardeen Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Krystle D’souza, Sheeba Chadha, Rohit Roy, Riteish Deshm in a pivotal role. The script of the film is by Abbas Dalal and Hussain Dalal.

The release date and OTT rights of the film have not been declared yet but soon will be officially confirmed by the makers. In an interview with Mid Day, Sanjay Gupta talked about his new project Visfot, and told us about its release on OTT surpassing theater.

Seeing the current scenario of the cinema hall and the box office collection of much-anticipated movies and of remarkable actors being pissed off badly probably makers have sealed OTT for their new movie release. As Visfot too is a comeback movie of Fardeen Khan, the risk for the theater would definitely be a bad option. 

Visfot is a remake of a Venezuela film Rock, Paper, Scissor that came out in 2012 and was a horror film directed by Hernan Jabes. This franchise was also nominated for the Oscars though it couldn’t make it to the award.
