Tiku Weds Sheru’s story centralizes Sheru(Nawazuddin Siddiqui) and Tiku(Avneet Kaur) who has an age gap of around 13 years and still get ready to get marry each other. Each one of them had their own reason, Sheru has already turned 36 and is looking desperately to get married.

Talking about the dialogue,  writing, and screenplay, the film has been kept above cliche and the emotions have clearly been portrayed in the dialogue. The cleanly penned down dialogues have given humor at points, and emotions when needed, and made us feel light-hearted as it promised. With the story of the protagonist Tiku and Sheru, the director clearly is successful and expresses his thoughts and conveying the message. Sheru being a junior artist in the film fraternity has to do everything for his living. From drugs to the mafia he tries it all. Tiku gets ready to marry as she aspires to be a big actress in films. Therefore, the difference in opinions, the contradiction of age, and the struggles of life truly overpower them but will they be able to fall in true love? That’s the real essence of the story.
