This film is a dark satire which is produced by Kangana Ranaut (Manikarnika Films).
The story of the film revolves around two struggling and aspiring actors of the industry. Sheru (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) who is of 36 years and is dying to get married, has worked around in 44 films as a junior artist but is struggling to be on top.
Tiku (Avneet Kaur) is a 22-year-old girl who lives in Bhopal and aspires to be an actor. She is facing the pressure of her family to get married. Tiku instantly said yes, as soon as she received the proposal from sheru’s family because of the reason that she will get to live in Mumbai along with Sheru and she can continue her aspiration for acting. The two of them got married and moved away to Mumbai but what struggles and fight life has in store, they are completely unaware of.
