Night Manager Story Recap of Season 1 & 2 

The story is about an arms dealer called Shelly Rungta(Anil Kapoor). He is a pretty Dark contrasted man who has two faces, one behind people and one in front of them. It’s not easy to catch Shelly and get information out of him. There need to be very strong evidence against him too. 

There we get to see the entry of Shaan Sengupta (Aditya Roy Kapoor) who is a night Manager in a hotel. Shaan goes through an incident that happened in the hotel that forced him to become a spy. Later on, Shaan also gets involved in the company of Shelly and the later event is followed in season 1.

Night manager season 2 story is continued where season 1 ended. Shaan therefore then continues to infiltrate the whole operation of arms dealing done by Shelly. He has also been assisted by Indian intelligence officer Lipika (Tillotama Shome). Shaan also develops a budding chemistry with the girlfriend of Shelly called Kaveri played by Shobhita Dhulipala and there’s always a kind of fishiness going between Shelly and Shaan, but will they be united to diffuse the plan that Shelly has about arm imports? Night Manager 2 Review 

The story of Night Manager starts from the point where it ended in season 1. Being a remake of a show or movie always has the pressure of performing a bit above it’s original. Night manager If in case is not a bit above its original version, it’s not a bit low too when it comes to execution. Sandeep Modi and Priyanka Ghose have graced the series with fine direction. 

The first part of the series was released with 4 episodes and that totally came to establish the story without any endnote. It was very clear that part 2 will be coming on very soon as the first season was not complete in itself. Night Manager promises to be a thriller and it clearly hooks on the thrill surprising the interest of its viewer without any dramatic connotation which looked unneeded. Night Manager 2 on the other hand maintains the same loop of its prior season and it’s surely one of the best second seasons of any Indian web series made. 

The second part of the series is very fast-paced as compared to the first. Anil Kapoor and Tilotama Shome have totally credited the show with their brilliant acting and the charisma they spread every time when they enter is just so magical. 

The molding of character and development which is shown completely convinces you to be in the story and live it along with the characters. Night Manager 2 shall be added to the watchlist for sure.
