The 95th Academy Awards 2023( also known as the Oscars) final winners were revealed on 12 March 2023, RRR won for the best original song for Naatu Naatu which creates history as the first Indian song performed at the Oscars event.

The song video was shot in Ukraine which was the official residence of the president of Ukraine in front of the Mariinsky palace in Kyiv. It was shot on August 2021 which took 15 days, a few months before the Russian invasion.
